Injuries during exercise are one of the most common things that hinder the progress of athletes and occur frequently in the sports field

With the comprehensive assessment course, you will learn how to protect yourself as an athlete and protect your client from sports injuries before they occur by comprehensively assessing yourself and your trainee and conducting assessment tests before starting to exercise

In this course, as a trainer, you will learn how to perform a variety of tests for different parts of the body such as flexibility tests for the ankle, thigh and other joints, as well as tests for range of motion of the arms and torso, endurance and flexibility tests
