Tape Course May 2024

Approximately 40 years ago, duct tape was invented by a Japanese scientist, and 20 years ago it began to spread widely in the Olympics and football stadiums, after showing great results with athletes. The theory of duct tape indicates that it reduces the sensation of pain - helps stabilize joints - reduces swelling after Injury and helps in muscle building - Helps alert the brain to the muscles - Increases blood flow to the muscles and other benefits With this course you will learn everything you need as a coach and athlete about tape.
