I would like to thank Dr. Talaat for his efforts in providing a course of stability exercises. I really benefited from it, it was useful and enjoyable and added a lot to me, especially that I recently suffered from injuries.

 Dr. Talaat, may God reward him with good and benefit him and his knowledge, his method was very wonderful and simplified in communicating information. Explain the concept of stability exercises, when to do them, and how and why to do them. And that was really my goal in registering for the course, so I know how to properly handle my injury.

I have been to physiotherapists here in Australia, frankly, no one understood me or said that stability exercises are so important in my case.

I was trying to understand for myself what I should do and how... Etc., the important thing is that I always read on the internet and watched videos of specialists, but to be honest, I did not feel the amount of valuable and concise information like what I heard from Dr. Talaat.
