Fitness Pioneers Academy for Sports Training and Sports Consulting has the honor to announce to its followers and all those interested in the sports field the issuance of the first edition of the book "Resistance Training for a Professional Trainer", prepared by a group of specialists in the sports field.

Captain Ihab Abu Al-Ola, Director of Training at the Pioneers of Fitness Academy and one of the authors of the book, stresses the importance of the book for athletic trainers, and the author's keenness to follow a rigorous scientific approach in all sections of the book, and to follow a simple method of explanation in order to make the most of the book, as it suits all levels whether Beginners or specialists in resistance training.

The authoring body consisted of Prof. Dr. Osama Abdel Raouf, Dr. Al-Hassan Abdul-Majeed and Captain Ihab Abu Al-Ola. Dr. Mohamed Othman, the well-known sports author and Prof. Dr. Ziad Issa Zayed, Professor of Physiology of Exercise at the University of Jeddah introduced him.

The eighth chapter is the most important chapter in the book as it contains practical exercises prepared specifically for resistance training, and was placed in the form of an image of the exercise accompanied by an exercise code.
