Comprehensive Training for women
Women's training is considered one of the important areas in physical fitness due to the unique anatomy and physiological structure of a woman's body. In this course, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the anatomical and physiological characteristics of a woman's body systems and functions, practical applications of group sessions (such as Pilates, Swiss ball, TRX, HIIT, and aerobics), resistance training applications for women, and how to design a training program for women.
📍 Online Theoretical Topics:
• Basics of muscle anatomy
• Control muscle exercises for women
• Balance exercises for all body balance systems
• Resistance training for women to build muscle and lose weight according to hormonal changes
• Practical injury prevention tests for women
📍 In-person Practical Topics:
• Practical applications of corrective exercises (upper cross syndrome, lower cross syndrome, over head squat)
• Warm-up, cool-down, flexibility, and foam rolling exercises.
• Resistance training applications (devices, free weights, bodyweight, resistance tools)
• Resistance training systems (super sets, drop sets, circuits)
• Stability exercises
• Bodyweight Pilates
• Swiss ball exercises
• TRX exercises
• Boot camp exercises
• HIIT
• Aerobics
• Karvonen equation
• Designing a training program for postpartum rehabilitation
• Alternatives to exercises for common injuries
📍Course details:
The course is 30 training hours long, 6 of which are online and 24 are in-person practical sessions. The course starts on May 19, 2023.
