Whether you are an athlete or a coach, through this course you will be able to achieve your goals in the holy month of Ramadan, whether your goal is to lose weight, maintain muscle mass, or even increase it.
In this course, you will learn about nutrition in Ramadan, how to calculate calories, how to divide your meals correctly, and how to keep your body from dehydration. You will also learn about the different training programs that you can apply during the month of Ramadan.
