sports anatomy specialist

The Sports Anatomy Specialist Program, through which the natural body composition is identified, as well as the kinetic direction of the joints, the work and composition of muscles, and then how to optimally use them

And the correct ways to perform the various exercises and movements, and through that knowledge, the athlete’s body is properly formed, and the full natural growth of the body and its various parts is achieved.

And physical errors are identified, which we try to correct and treat by practicing some therapeutic exercises and massage, to treat some pathological conditions resulting from wrong conditions or muscle atrophy.

Anatomy is an important and basic pillar for other sciences that depend on it, such as stadium injuries, massage, and physical therapy.

It starts from the beginning until professionalism, so the program is very suitable for trainers and graduates of the Faculty of Physical Education who want to work in the sports field, and even for the trainee who wants to develop himself in the field of training.
